- We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers or cookies.

Who we are
Devanova is a business growth partner based in Kolkata, India. It helps businesses with online selling, sales and support consulting, design, technology and related services. For this website, Devanova decides how your personal data is used (in the words of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the "Data Fiduciary").

What we don't collect: anything you enter in our tools: the profit and lost-sales calculators, the sales health check, the CRM chooser, the brand palette generator and the logo tester. These run on your own device and never reach us. We only count how many times you use each tool per day, as described above.
Visit statistics: if turned on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
Your consent
When you send a form or use the chat, you agree to us using the details you give for the purpose shown next to it. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the form submissions and, if turned on, counts page visits.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that answers chat questions. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.
- Google serves the fonts on this site and provides our business email.
- Resend sends us an email alert when a new form arrives, if we have turned this on.
Some of these providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. Rate-limit counters expire automatically within 24 hours.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in a database that only the Devanova team can open, behind a password. Our AI service key and database are never exposed to your browser.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you're not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to [add business email] with the name and contact details you used on our site. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we act.
Children
This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please don't send us your personal data. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
