Does my customer see my brand or yours?
Your shop name, logo and colour appear on the customer status card. A small "Powered by Devanova" line sits at the bottom.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. Your logo is shrunk and kept in your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Can customers get WhatsApp updates?
Automatic updates at each stage are a locked feature. They are switched on per account on request because WhatsApp messages cost us money for every message.
