COD orders that come back are the quiet leak in many online stores. Put in your numbers and see the monthly loss, and whether a prepaid discount pays for itself.
Monthly orders, the share that is COD, and how many of each come back.
Shipping both ways, packing and stock you cannot resell, added up for one parcel and for the month.

About RTOwise
Who it is for, and common questions.
Who it is for. Sellers with their own store or marketplace listings who take cash on delivery.
Where do the example percentages come from?
They are typical ranges seen in seller and logistics reports, not your numbers. COD is often half or more of orders in smaller cities, and COD parcels come back far more often than prepaid. Replace them with your own.
Does this count lost sales?
No. It counts money you spend on a parcel that does not get paid for: shipping both ways, packing, and the share of stock you cannot resell. It does not count the profit you would have made.
Is the prepaid discount worth giving?
The result shows the most you can give per order before the discount costs more than the returns it avoids. If the net change is negative, the discount is too high.
What does it cost?
It costs nothing to use. Everything runs in your browser and your entries stay on your device.
