About ParcelRight

Who it is for, and common questions.

Who it is for. Sellers who ship their own parcels or pay courier weight charges.

What is volumetric weight?

Length × width × height in cm, divided by a number the courier sets (often 5000). A big, light box can be billed as if it were heavy.

Can I dispute a weight charge?

Often yes, but dispute windows are short, sometimes a few days. Keep a photo of the packed parcel on a scale and a tape measure, and check your courier's window.

Why a minimum of 0.5 kg?

Most couriers charge at least one slab. If yours differs, set the slab size to match.

What does it cost?

It costs nothing to use. Everything runs in your browser and your entries stay on your device.
